These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of labs.autonomousone.in and the services provided by AutonomousOne Labs ("we", "us").

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide software design, development, AI, automation and growth services as described on our website and in individual engagement agreements.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing of any project are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed between us and the client.

Upon full payment, all custom work product created for a client — including code, designs and assets — is transferred to and owned by the client.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and methodologies, though we grant clients a perpetual license to use any such components embedded in their deliverables.

All trademarks, branding and content on this website remain the property of AutonomousOne Labs.

Clients agree to provide timely access, information, feedback and approvals necessary for us to deliver the agreed scope.

Delays in client input may affect timelines. We will communicate any impact promptly and work together to keep projects on track.

Fees, payment schedules and milestones are defined in each engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the stated terms.

Retainers and subscriptions are billed in advance and may be cancelled with the notice period specified in the agreement.

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, consistent with industry standards.

Except as expressly stated, services are provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue or rankings, which depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunity.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the services.

We are happy to sign mutual non-disclosure agreements where required.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'last updated' date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
