Privacy Policy

Last updated July 15, 2026. Your privacy matters to us.

1. Introduction

AutonomousOne Labs ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit labs.autonomousone.in or engage our services, including our social media management platform, which integrates with Meta's Graph API to publish content to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts on behalf of our authorized clients.

By using our website or platform, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Contact details you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email, phone, company and project details — when you submit a form or request a quote.

Newsletter subscriptions (email address) when you opt in.

Technical data such as IP address, browser type and usage analytics collected via privacy-respecting tools.

Account information for team members and clients using our internal dashboard, including name, email, role, and phone number.

2a. Facebook & Instagram Platform Data

Our platform allows authorized clients to connect their Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts so our team can create, review, approve, and publish content on their behalf, under a direct service agreement with each client.

When a client connects their account, we collect and store: the Facebook Page ID and name, the linked Instagram Business Account ID, and a Page access token issued by Meta that authorizes our platform to publish content and read basic Page/Instagram metadata.

We use this data solely to: publish approved posts (images and captions) to the connected Facebook Page and/or Instagram account; verify the connected account's status before publishing; and read basic engagement metadata needed to confirm successful publication.

Access tokens are stored securely in our database, are never exposed to end users, and are used only by our backend systems to make authorized API calls to Meta on the client's behalf.

We do not use Facebook or Instagram Platform Data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of the publishing workflow described above.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries, prepare proposals and deliver our services.

To send you the insights newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe anytime).

To operate our social media management platform, including the content approval and publishing workflow described above.

To improve our website, services and security.

To comply with legal obligations.

4. Data sharing

We never sell your data. We only share information with trusted processors (e.g. hosting, analytics, email) that help us operate, under strict data-protection agreements.

We may disclose data when required by law.

4a. Meta Platform Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Facebook or Instagram Platform Data with any third party, advertiser, or data broker.

Platform Data is accessible only to authorized personnel at our organization who require it to operate the publishing workflow for a specific client, and to our infrastructure providers strictly as needed to host and run our systems (e.g. our database and application hosting provider), under data-protection agreements.

We do not transfer Platform Data to any party outside of the direct service relationship between us and the client whose account is connected.

5. Data security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption, access-controlled storage, and regular audits. Access tokens and account credentials are stored securely and are never exposed in client-facing interfaces. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

6a. Data deletion — Facebook/Instagram

If you are a client whose Facebook Page or Instagram Business account is connected to our platform, you may request deletion of your Platform Data (including stored access tokens, Page ID, and Instagram Business Account ID) at any time.

To request deletion, email us at support@autonomousone.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the name of the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account. We will remove the associated access tokens and account identifiers from our systems within 30 days of a verified request.

You can also independently revoke our platform's access at any time via your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, which immediately invalidates any access token we hold for your account.

7. Cookies

We use essential and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Compliance with Meta Platform Policies

Our use of Facebook and Instagram data obtained through Meta's Graph API complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. We access and use this data solely to provide the publishing and content-approval functionality described in this policy, on behalf of clients who have authorized us to manage their connected accounts.
